Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Dra. Rincón Medical Aesthetics. Due to the hygienic and medical nature of the skincare products we offer, please review our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products once an order has been processed and shipped.

Because our products are intended for cosmetic and dermatological use, we are unable to restock or resell items for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a replacement, store credit or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is defective

To request a claim:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Email us at cherylrincon@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims will be resolved with an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity

Individual skin reactions may vary.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to review product ingredients, or failure to follow usage instructions.

If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.

Refunds will not be issued for individual sensitivity or dissatisfaction with product performance.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for payment issues, suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable laws and medical regulations.

5. Refund Processing 

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
