Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Dra. Rincón Medical Aesthetic. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. federal holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AST will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order due to payment issues, product availability, or verification requirements.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion. Promotional shipping offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

  • We will assist by providing tracking details as needed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us at cherylrincon@gmail.com

  • Include clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Medical & Product Disclaimer 

Products sold on this website are intended for cosmetic or skincare use only, unless otherwise expressly indicated.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

If you are under dermatological care, pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or are using prescription medication, please consult your doctor before introducing new skincare products into your routine.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or medical standards.

Certain products may not be eligible for shipment outside Puerto Rico or United States.
